X I am in the process of adding several new books on Christian Baptism based upon older works (1830-1890) for your examination. As I have read these works, I am astonished as to how much of this evidence has been ignored, and how modern publishers have refused to print only what is popular, because it sells. I pray that you are edified by them. I don't agree with everything that is said, but I have been moved by many of their sound arguments.

A recent addition to the article on the Depravity Of Man has been a quote by A. F. Rogers from his book on Christian Baptism. He brings up yet another argument that exposes the weakness of Pelagian denial of universal depravity.X On a sad note, there has been a fallout on the Biblical Theology Forum concerning my restriction of attacking the fundamental doctrine of Original Sin/depravity. The Pelagian's (Semi or full, it does not matter), have challenged the restriction. This follows on the heals of a heated debate over the promotion of the unorthodox Christian heresy of Annihilation and Universalism. The proponents for that view have influenced impressionable minds to abandon Scripture in favor of adapting an unorthodox hermeneutic of placing philosophy as the first consideration for Biblical doctrine, and not specific doctrine from Scripture itself. I believe that the whole episode has turned young and old alike dangerously on a path that can only lead to error. Therefore, because orthodoxy is being successfully abandoned by some who have participated in the Forum, I am praying as to whether I should continue the Forum at the risk and responsibility of aiding error in the destruction of souls any further. Your prayers on this matter are coveted.
