X It has been a year and a half since this site has been added to. After a catastrophic crash and loss of five months research and writing on a book, I have taken that as a sign of providence since my backup drive never backed anything up! Being discouraged, I abandoned the book project, and also put off rebuilding the site for this period.
I had an article in mind that I have worked on, and thought that I would get the site back up and running so I could post it for those that are interested.
